Research Use Only
All products sold by Ava's Research are strictly for research purposes only. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that these products will not be used for human consumption, therapeutic purposes, or any use other than legitimate scientific research.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Ava's Research. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Payment
Full payment is required before order fulfillment. We accept digital payment methods only. Orders without confirmed payment within 3 days may be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Contact us if you haven't received a shipping update within 5 business days. We ship to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees. We are not responsible for delays or seizures by customs authorities. We do not offer refunds or reshipments for packages that are delayed, seized, or lost by customs. All international purchases are made at the buyer's risk.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Ava's Research is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
