What are your payment methods?+
We accept Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Bitcoin, and several USDC/USDT/PYUSD stablecoins on Ethereum and Solana. Payment details are shown immediately after order placement.
How do I pay for my order?+
After placing your order, you'll receive your order confirmation page with the payment address or handle. Send the exact total (including shipping) to that address and include your order number in the memo. We'll process your order once payment is confirmed.
How long does shipping take?+
Domestic US orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. International orders may take additional processing time.
What are your shipping rates?+
Domestic (US): $9 for 1–5 items, $11 for 6–10, $14 for 11+. International: $30 flat. Germany: $35 flat.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, we ship internationally. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do coupon codes work?+
Enter your coupon code during checkout. Single-use codes can only be used once per email address. Discounts are applied to your subtotal before shipping.
How do I track my order?+
Use the Order Lookup page and enter your order number and email address. Once your order ships, your tracking number will appear there.
